notmapped is a web application that reads your Strava cycling history, builds a personal heatmap of roads you have ridden, and generates one-click loop routes weighted toward roads you have not yet covered. Routes are exported as GPX files for use with any GPS device or cycling app.
notmapped is a routing and planning tool — it is not a navigation app and does not provide turn-by-turn guidance during a ride.
By using notmapped you agree to:
notmapped connects to Strava via OAuth and reads your activity history (GPS routes, sport type) to build your personal coverage map. You must have a Strava account to use the service. notmapped is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Strava, Inc.
If Strava changes or revokes API access for third-party apps, or if you disconnect notmapped from your Strava account, the service will no longer be able to generate personalised routes. Route generation requires an active Strava connection.
notmapped offers a free tier and a paid Explore subscription. Billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. Subscription charges are recurring and will continue until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings panel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are at the operator's discretion. If the service is materially unavailable for a significant portion of a paid billing period, a pro-rated credit or refund may be offered — contact us to discuss.
notmapped is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Routes generated by the application are algorithmic suggestions — they may include roads that are difficult, unsafe, or legally restricted. Always ride within your ability, obey local traffic laws, and assess road conditions yourself before following any generated route.
The operator is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense resulting from use of routes generated by notmapped.
notmapped is a small indie project. Uptime and availability are offered on a best-effort basis. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
You may delete your notmapped account at any time from the Settings panel. Deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers (activities, coverage map, tiles, account record) and cancels any active Explore subscription. See the Privacy Policy for details on what data is held and how it is removed.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
